A Chinese Qigong Retreat

Within the silence of a guided retreat, we add some ancient moving, breathing, and meditating sessions known as “Chinese qigong.”  While seeking the Sacred within and around us, we can use these simple tools to facilitate listening in order to support our personal prayer experience.

Should your financial situation be an obstacle to booking a retreat or if you are required to pay by cheque, please contact the ISCM at [email protected] or at 438 377-1597 to further discuss how we can help you get the support you need.

Retreatants will have the opportunity to sign up for a private meeting with the retreat facilitator in addition to three daily gatherings for conferences on Chinese medicine and philosophy and communal moving, breathing, and meditating. No particular physical agility is required for qigong.  The movements are simple and gentle and can even be done seated.  These sessions are not offered for diagnosis or treatment.
